The evolving art of multiple fighting techniques practiced across the world is provided for athletes who are in good physical condition, flexible, with good cardio, accustomed to the mats, and committed to train.

Our mma program at the dojo is a flexible form of training for individuals who want to reach their full potential and get the blood pumping. Introducing; Superior Stand-Up Techniques, Submissions, Kung-Fu Kick-Boxing and Wrestling. Come and get the rush that truly makes you feel alive!


Schedule

Monday: 6:30pm (Grappling)

Wednesday: 6:30pm (Sparring & Grappling)

Friday: 6:30pm (Grappling)

Saturday: 12:00pm (Sparring)
