Subject: Our training has been compared to the growth of a tree, from bottom to the top. As we grow; our roots become stronger and our branches increase. The most difficult and most important techniques are those taught at white belt; as it has been described before during our practices. We suggest that everyone strengthens their "roots" their white belt techniques because they will hold up their "tree" stronger and absorb much more of the needed knowledge in further training. After all, the roots help the tree stay alive...
Draw a "Belt Tree" that describes the importance of our roots in the martial arts.
If your "roots" are weak, your "tree" will fall.
